Dev Ganesan is te President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptara. Under Dev’s leadership, Aptara is playing a pivotal role in helping the world’s leading publishers profit in the digital age. As the former head of both private and publically-held companies, Dev’s entrepreneurial drive and long track-record of operational and financial success has resulted in Aptara’s expansion and evolution−from a technology vendor to a digital solutions partner−one that is efficiently transforming and delivering content to readers’ mobile devices.
Aptara’s EBITDA doubled and its enterprise value tripled in the last 3 years prior to being acquired by iEnergizer UK in February 2012. In 2013, Dev was named a “Tech Titan” and “industry leader” by Washingtonian magazine and was recipient of the SmartCEO Future 50 Award.
Prior to Aptara, Dev was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Communications Systems (Nasdaq: ACSC, a professional services firm) where he led seven acquisitions and the company’s IPO, having increased revenues from $36 million to $220 million in less than four years. In addition to his executive role at Aptara, Dev currently serves on the Board of Directors of several fast-growth companies.
