Consultant Placement Process

Proven three-tiered approach

The following approach is a result of years of experience in placing industry professionals and includes a proven three-tiered candidate interview process to ensure client satisfaction.

Before being placed, each consulting candidate is interviewed a minimum of three times:

  1. prior to being accepted into the Aptara Consulting Services Network
  2. again by Aptara before being referred to a client for a specific assignment, and
  3. by the client for their ultimate consideration.

The Aptara Placement Process entails:

  1. Working closely with the client to thoroughly review and assess the specific requirements of the open position to gain a firm and detailed understanding of the roles and responsibilities required
  2. Reviewing our consultant network for candidates with the requisite skill sets and experience levels in the appropriate geographic region
  3. Pre-screening selected consultants to confirm their applicability, availability and interest for the specific assignment
  4. Selecting the most highly-qualified consultants and presenting the client with resumes of the recommended candidates
  5. Managing the interview scheduling process on behalf of the client (whether in person or over the phone)
  6. Making staffing experts available as needed to advise the client during the decision-making process

Once a consultant is selected and placed, Aptara’s proven Onboarding process is employed to help ensure their success.

All of the candidates in the Aptara network undergo an extensive pre-screening qualification process including reference checks and the review of work samples, where relevant.
