Instructional design (ILT, VCT, eLearning)

Aptara engages senior level Instructional Designers with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Our Instructional Design consultants design for all training mediums (Instructor-Led, Virtual Classroom, and eLearning), have demonstrated success in the full life-cycle of instructional design activities and are focused on creating interactive and engaging ways to communicate specific knowledge and skills to their audience.

Learning project management

Our Learning Project Manager consultants have a proven ability to effectively manage the implementation and consistent delivery of highly visible training projects. Many of them hold highly recognized Project Management certifications.

Our Learning Project Managers are experienced in:

  • Creating work breakdown structures, estimating project costs, and using various Project Management tools
  • Demonstrating leadership, team skills, and self-confidence

Aptara has a strong network of facilitators within the United States as well as many locations around the world. Accordingly, many of our facilitators speak multiple languages. All of our Facilitators remain current with industry developments and share the common goal of making each student’s success a priority.

Most of our facilitators also have instructional design experience, analysis skills, highly developed social and communication skills, management skills, and an ongoing desire to increase their learning in the industry. Technical and procedural writing

Aptara’s Technical Writing consultants have a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in a variety of formats and for a varied audience.
