Keyboarding and Data Entry

Aptara provides multilingual keyboarding and data entry services. We work in all main languages including English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.

Our proprietary technology supports high scalability while delivering sustained output quality.  We use customized double and triple-entry techniques that work on the principle of “key” and “verify.”  While one operator keys the data, the next one independently keys exactly the same data, enabling the software to compare input data sets character-by-character, and flag exceptions for further processing.  We convert to accuracy rates as high as 99.9998%.

Scanning

Aptara uses a sophisticated image-processing software application to scan a wide variety of document types. After receiving scanned images via a high-speed satellite link, our data entry specialists capture the required fields through keyboarding and verification processes and use integrated validation tools to ensure complete data accuracy.  Scanning solutions include photo scanning with color correcting, image manipulation, and line art scanning.

OCR
