The purpose of a Six Sigma methodology is to identify and remove the causes of errors and customer dissatisfaction in business processes. This is accomplished through employing a specific set of quality management methods, including statistical means.
Having trained more than 2,000 employees in this highly structured program, Aptara has created a system and culture of “Total Quality” to positively impact customer value creation and business performance.
Our Business Excellence Team teaches six sigma methodologies with a clear focus of making individuals and groups ready, willing and able to implement and sustain new ways of working in our culture of continual improvement and growth. Aptara’s Business Excellence Team is comprised of a Master Black Belt, several Black Belts and 50+ Green Belts, all trained in the official Six Sigma process. |
