Anand Nataraj

Chief Executive Officer

Anand brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the U.S., European, and APAC markets, and the communications, media, entertainment and consulting industries to his role as CEO of Aptara and iEnergizer, its parent company.

He joined Aptara from Infosys, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Communications, Media, and Entertainment. By capitalizing on emerging trends across digital, consumer, and emerging markets, Anand helped his clients become more competitive and generate new revenue streams from digital technologies and deeper customer engagement.

His career at Infosys spanned 12 years and included multiple leadership roles. He was responsible for winning some of the company’s largest contracts and for moving Infosys to the forefront of the communications industry. While Anand was responsible for the Infrastructure Management Services division, it received Forrester’s top rating for the first time. He also served as head of the North America Geo Cluster and led Infosys' corporate social responsibility initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.

Previous to Infosys, Anand was Regional Sales Director for Logica and Business Operations Director at AT&T SSIL / Lucent Singapore. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from BMS College, Bangalore, and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Anand lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter.

Neil Campling

Chief Financial Officer

Neil is an experienced technology investor and analyst who spearheads our financial strategy, investor relations and growth initiatives. Based in London, Neil is located close to the company’s institutional investors, Prior to joining Aptara Neil was a Partner and head of TMT Research at Aviate Global LLP and held senior Portfolio Manager positions at leading investment firms Aberdeen Asset Management and New Star Asset Management. With 20 years experience in the investment community and knowledge of the dynamic changes in the technology and media industries, Neil is focused on positioning the company as a leader in the new digital age. When Neil is not thinking about technology in some shape or form, he enjoys cinema, music events, fine wines and has a lifelong dedication to Liverpool F.C. Neil lives a stones throw from the sea in Brighton, Sussex, with his wife, two daughters and his dog.

Samir Kakar

Chief Technology Officer

Samir is responsible for the vision behind Aptara’s publishing technology solutions, its Content Technology Solutions practice, and the company’s global IT infrastructure. Since joining Aptara in 1993, Samir has been instrumental in developing the company’s technology portfolio and the processes that support its customers. Samir is a graduate of the University of Delhi, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an honors master’s degree in operational research.

Debashis Chaudhuri

Senior Vice President, India Operations

Debashis, better known as DC, has been a major contributor to the success of Aptara for more than two decades. Since joining the company in 1993, he has served in senior positions for multiple divisions, including production management of composition and digital solutions, information technology, quality assurance, and human resources. Prior to Aptara, DC was involved in software development. His thorough understanding and process knowledge about digital content, eBook creation, and overall publishing content solutions has helped DC establish systems and operational overhauls. He is a skilled strategist who transforms plans and expansions into workable solutions, and benchmarks performance against key operational goals. DC manages the human resource and administrative operations of more than 6,500 staff.

Prashant Kapoor, CA, CMA, B.Com(H)

Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller

Prashant is an experienced finance leader with more than 18 years of accounting, finance, and management experience. With his expert technical knowledge and key management skills, Prashant forefronts the Accounting and Finance Group for Aptara, with the responsibilities of international and domestic audits, internal and external reporting, direct and indirect taxes, foreign exchange strategy, and commercial functions. He joined Aptara in 2003 and has worked seamlessly in setup and successful migration of U.S. accounting and audit functions to India, implementation of integrated ERP systems, and formation of a special economic zone unit in India. Prior to joining Aptara, he worked for an eFunds group in the United States, as well as Tefal India Household Appliances and Allianz Capital and Management Services in India. Outside of work, Prashant loves exploring new places, meeting people, and traveling. He lives in Gurgaon with his wife and two daughters.

Puneet Mukoo

Vice President, Information Technology

Puneet is the global head of IT for Aptara, leading a team of more than 100 professionals who provide 24/7 mission-critical support to both internal and external customers on IT infrastructure and applications. With nearly 16 years in the IT industry, Puneet’s expertise includes service and infrastructure management, technology architecture, information security, IT governance, and business continuity. Since joining Aptara in 2009, Puneet has been instrumental in building a robust and scalable IT infrastructure to meet the dynamic business needs of Aptara and its clients. Prior to Aptara, Puneet led IT operations for Adobe across 11 locations in India and the Asia Pacific, with a key role in building remote management teams to support the company’s IT infrastructure and operations around the world. Puneet holds a bachelor of engineering in electronics degree and an MBA in information technology and international business. 

Megan Prosser

Vice President, Marketing

Megan’s eclectic background has prepared her to head the marketing division of a multi-faceted company like Aptara. She has worked in management in both the corporate and not-for-profit worlds, handling business development and marketing for arts, educational, and engineering organizations, and developing marketing strategies for a number of technology start-ups. Since joining the company in 2009, she has worked closely with the company’s division leaders, product developers, and executive management team to craft strategic positioning that supports Aptara’s innovative solutions. Megan holds a BA from Mary Washington University and an MBA from George Washington University. A native of Virginia, Megan loves anytime spent outdoors with her husband and her horse.

Sara Grigg

Vice President, Accounting and Finance

Sara leads Aptara’s U.S. accounting team with responsibilities in corporate tax, treasury, and business operations. She joined Aptara in 2007 and brings 20 years of diverse accounting experience related to for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions, and payroll. Prior to Aptara, Sara was the director of budgeting at Sunrise Senior Living. Sara graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor of science in accounting.

Sandra Perkins

Vice President, Human Resources

Sandra is an accomplished HR professional with more than 20 years of business experience. After earning her bachelor of science at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin School of Business, Sandra began her career in operations with Hilton Hotels, an experience in which she gained valuable insight into revenue generation and management, accounting and budgeting practices, and her favorite—human capital management. Sandra naturally transitioned into HR. Her hands-on experience is in developing HR infrastructure, ensuring full company compliance, creating and implementing policies and procedures, benefits management design and administration, workforce transformation, due diligence, payroll and compensation, and providing strong business advice to managers. Her goal is to create work environments where every employee feels valued and fulfilled. During her spare time, Sandra serves on the board of directors for Capital Public Relations and enjoys competitive sports and hanging out with her sons and Labrador Retrievers.
