Capture and convert
Our document conversion methods, which blend onshore and offshore components, turn documents into data by capturing and digitizing the information concealed in paper documents. Relying on our proprietary tools for accelerating production and quality assurance (QA), Aptara digitizes your documents via scanners, optical character readers, optical mark recognition, intelligent character recognition, and/or keyboarding.
Clean and classify
After correcting or removing “dirty data” (corrupt, incomplete, inaccurate, or irrelevant records) from any existing databases, we classify and ready it for discoverability tagging.
We also handle back-file conversion projects: Aptara can digitize your existing hard-copy documents and house them in databases that we construct and customize for your organization.
