  • Debashis Chaudhuri

    Senior Vice President, India Operations

    Debashis, better known as DC, has been an architect of Aptara’s success for more than two decades. He has served in senior positions for several divisions, including digital solutions, information technology, quality assurance, and human resources. Before joining Aptara, DC was involved in software development. His thorough understanding and process knowledge of digital content, eBook creation, and overall publishing content solutions inform the systems and operational overhauls he develops for Aptara’s clients. A skilled strategist, DC turns blue-sky blueprints into workable solutions, all while meeting pre-established performance benchmarks for key operational goals. DC manages the human resources and administration for Aptara’s offshore operations.

  • David George

    Senior Director – Editorial

    David joined Aptara in 2010, bringing 28 years of publisher-side experience as a Managing Editor at the IEEE, John Wiley & Sons, and Pearson Education, and as the Director of Business Operations for Bloomberg Press. He oversees all aspects of Aptara’s global copyediting program. Based in New York, he conducts month-long individual and group training sessions at three locations in India. He is also responsible for all testing, recruitment, and hiring of copy editors, as well as the creation of all testing and training materials.

  • Chris McKeown

    European Director – Account Management

    Chris is a publishing industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in content and workflow management solutions. At Aptara, he specializes in new business development in scientific, technical, medical (STM) publishing along with educational and ELT publishing. He has vast experience in adopting new workflows to help publishers streamline their production operations. Before joining Aptara in 2003, Chris worked for Cambridge University Press for over 25 years and was integral in their transformation to an XML-first workflow.

    Director – Account Management

    Neena Sinha is Director, Account Management and is based out of Aptara, India. Neena has had 22 years of professional experience in publishing and content management. She has vast experience working with authors and publishing communities over the years. Neena worked with Oxford University Press before she joined Aptara in 2017. In her current role, Neena manages strategic customer accounts with a significant focus on the identification and implementation of innovative business solutions and growth strategies.

  • Arnab Kumar Choudhury

    General Manager – KPO

    Arnab joined Aptara in 2011 to spearhead the service delivery, solutions design, and customer relationship management functions of the KPO strategic business unit. With 22 years of experience in digital content and e-commerce, he now leads a high performing team of knowledge service mavens, litigation support specialists, social media pundits, customer support whizzes, data science doyens, and compliance experts. Arnab focuses on managing core information-related business activities for Aptara’s clients – activities that require a high degree of specialist expertise and form a vital component of the clients’ value chain. He has a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and a Postgraduate qualification in Media Studies from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication.

    Deputy General Manager – Operations

    Ashish has been associated with Aptara since 2004. He oversees all aspects of the Automotive Content Services at Aptara, from inception to final delivery. He has vast experience with automotive content, starting from passenger vehicles to medium/heavy-duty trucks. His deep domain expertise with diagnostic and repair content reflects in his innovative customer-oriented solutions. His account management and meticulous planning and execution have helped in delivering complex assignments to the delight of customers year over year.
